Is there a free trial?
No free trial — but we run a no-obligation 30-minute working session with our mission engineers where we'll run TACK against a real mission of yours. Most prospects find that more useful than a sandbox.
How is an "operational asset" counted?
An asset is operational if it has commanded a maneuver in the last 90 days. Pre-launch, commissioning, and decommissioned assets don't count.
What about pilot deployments?
Most pilots run on Flight Test for 90 days, then convert to Mission Control. We credit the pilot fee against the annual contract.
Multi-year discounts?
Yes — 10% off year 2, 15% off year 3 with a 3-year commitment. Spec'd at signing.
What's included in onboarding?
3 days of in-person training for your mission engineering team, 2 weeks of pair-operations with our team, and a named TAM through year one.
