EU-WEST-1 elevated latency on plan submissions
Plan submission p95 latency in EU-WEST-1 elevated to 4.2s (normal: 0.8s) for 24 minutes due to a regional dependency upgrade. Failover routed plan traffic via US-EAST-1. No command path affected. Root cause identified and the offending upgrade rolled back. Full RCA in our customer portal.
Audit log export delays
NDJSON audit log exports queued behind a backfill job. Export pipeline drained within 1h 12m of detection; no audit records lost. Backfill jobs now run with isolated quota.
