How we handle data.

1. Scope

This policy applies to information collected when you visit ltl.ai, interact with our sales and support teams, or use the LTL.ai platform. It does not apply to customer mission data, which is governed by your Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Addendum.

2. Information we collect

You give us

• Account information (name, work email, company, role)
• Communications you send to sales, support, or careers
• Application materials if you apply for a role

Collected automatically

• Standard web analytics (page views, referrers, device class) via first-party cookies
• Server logs (IP address, timestamps, request paths) retained 30 days for security

3. How we use it

• To respond to inquiries and deliver requested services
• To improve the website and product (aggregate analytics only)
• To meet legal and contractual obligations
• To detect and prevent abuse of our systems

We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for advertising.

4. Sharing

We share information only with: (a) service providers acting on our behalf (e.g., email infrastructure, applicant tracking) under written data-processing terms, (b) authorities where compelled by valid legal process, and (c) acquirers in the event of a merger or sale, in which case we will notify you.

5. Retention

Sales and prospect data: 24 months from last interaction. Server logs: 30 days. Recruiting data: per applicable employment law. Customer mission data: per your Master Services Agreement.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or portability of your personal information. Contact justin@pondata.com to exercise these rights. We will respond within 30 days.

7. International transfers

LTL.ai operates from the United States. If you submit information from outside the US, you consent to its transfer. Standard contractual clauses are used where required.

8. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. For details on platform-level security, see our Security page.

9. Changes

Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date and notified by email to active customers and prospects.
